You didn't come into this world. You came out of it, like a wave from the ocean. You are not a stranger here.

You and I are all as much continuous with the physical universe as a wave is continuous with the ocean.

Light cannot exist without darkness, nor solid without space. They go together like crest and trough of a wave.

Enlightenment is when a wave realizes it is the ocean.

The wave does not need to die to become water. She is already water.
