Your duty is to be, and not to be this or that. 'I am that I am' sums up the whole truth; the method is summed up in 'be still.'

All differences in this world are of degree, and not of kind, because oneness is the secret of everything.

Realization is not a new acquisition. It is the removal of the false belief that you are not realized.

The world is seen when the mind looks outward; when the mind looks inward, only the Self remains.

Awareness has no birth, no death, and no division.

The Self is ever shining like the mid-day sun.

You are the screen; thoughts are just movies projected upon you.

Live in the freedom of pure Being.

You are the eternal witness of all passing shows.

The light of the Self requires no external lamp.

All differences vanish in the ocean of Awareness.

Awaken to the unbroken reality of pure Being.

Wisdom is the understanding of the one truth behind all appearances.

The river that flows in you also flows in me. Look within: you will see the light shining in every breath.
