Your duty is to be, and not to be this or that. 'I am that I am' sums up the whole truth; the method is summed up in 'be still.'
The question 'Who am I?' is not meant to get an answer, the question 'Who am I?' is meant to dissolve the questioner.

Give up the habit of looking outward; turn the spotlight inward.
Do not count the faults of others when your own chest is packed with flaws. Look first to your own mirror.
When the mind is concentrated and turned backward on itself, all within us that is stubborn will have to give way.
